We currently operate an online support facility, this enables us to access your computer on request to diagnose and/or remedy the problem. Using our ticket system we can allocate you a secure connection to our support engineers.
What is this service used for?
Troubleshooting (computer running slow, difficulty opening an email attachment, error messages, problems printing)
Training (using Microsoft Word to create labels, creating an email distribution group, moving pictures from your digital camera)
Virus and Spyware issues (if your computer is heavily infected, it may have to be brought in for repair) However a working internet connection is required.
